This promotion is sponsored by the resort developer and is designed for people that qualify with the next conditions:
Attend and complete a courteous 90-120 minutes resort sales presentation.
Clients for this promotion shall be of legal age between the ages of 28 and 65.
Clients shall have an annual household income in excess of $50,000 USD.
Clients shall be married, engaged, or a cohabitating couple. All Clients must verify Marital Status by providing a valid drivers license or other form of valid identification verifying residence at the same address. One party of the “couple” shall meet the Age Requirement listed above. Both parties of the “couple” must be present for the sales presentation.
All Clients must speak and understand fluent English or Spanish.
All Clients shall present a valid credit or debit card upon check-in.
DHM employees, employees of Resorts Discounts, or “couples” that have attended a sales presentation within twelve (12) months of their scheduled arrival date are not eligible for the promotion/offer.
Counties in Florida where clients are non acceptable:
-Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Volusia, Lake, Polk and Brevard.
Countries where clients are not acceptable:
-Brazil; Venezuela; Argentina; Québec; South África; India.
If the participants fail to attend the presentation during their stay, they agree to pay the rack rate of the hotel plus the cost of the promotional package.
Accommodations will be in Standard Hotel Room with space for up to 4 adults (5 with a roll-away bed rental). Check in is at 4:00 pm, check out is at 11:00 am.
This offer is valid all year around, based on availability. Radisson Worldgate Resort reserves the right to change the promotion at any time without prior notice and to accept or decline any reservation.
This promotional package is NOT transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit in part or full and is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
Airfares, and other incidentals such as phone calls and room charges are not included and are the responsibilities of the guests.
A reservation can only be processed if the application form is completely and properly filled out and paid. The recipient of this package confirms with his/her signature that the information provided on this form is real and true and that any false information provided will result in the payment of the rack rate of the hotel plus the cost of the package.
The terms and conditions of this special promotion are set up by the resort developer and ResortsDiscounts.com is not responsible for them. If ResortsDiscounts believes that the terms and conditions are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any package before the date of arrival.
In the event ResortsDiscounts is informed by the hotel/resort developer that your selected travel dates are unavailable, ResortsDiscounts.com reserves the right to offer different accommodations of equal or greater value if available or you will receive a full refund of the total amount paid to ResortsDiscounts.com except additional fees incurred for previous reservation modifications.
The purchaser of this promotional package agrees to maintain Radisson Worldgate Resort, DHM Vacations LLC and ResortsDiscounts.com webpage harmless in respect of any matter relating to the use of or entitlement of the promoted packages including, but not limited to, uncontrollable events such as bad weather, illness, and death or injury, and shall not be entitled to make any claim or demand for any other remedy including compensation or damages.
