Attend and complete a courteous 90 minutes resort sales presentation.
Married couples (matching ID addresses required), where at least one of the participants is 34 to 65 years old and both of them must attend the sales presentation together. Single, divorced or widow women must be 34 to 65 years old. If two single ladies travel together, at least one of them must be a qualified participant and both must attend the sales presentation together. Single men do not qualify for this promotion.
Must be a citizen OR permanent resident of the United States or Canada (except the province of Quebec).
Participants from USA and Canada must have an annual combined household income of at least $60,000 USD per year. Single ladies $50,000 USD per year.
Two forms of Identification are required for check-in and the presentation: Valid driver's license or state issued picture ID card AND a valid major credit card with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express logo. A check/debit card with Visa or MasterCard logo is NOT a major credit card, Discover Cards, Dinners Cards and Company Cards are also NOT accepted.
Participants must fluently speak Englih or Spanish without the help of an interpreter.
If the participants fail to attend the presentation during their stay, they agree to pay the rack rate of the hotel plus the cost of the promotional package.
This offer is not valid for single men. Travel agents, Airline, Hotel of Vacation Industry employees do not qualify for this promotion. Clients that travel in two different properties at the same time are not accepted. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotion that includes a sales tour at another property.
It is possible to reserve up to 2 promotional packages per family, group or friends traveling together with the same dates of check-in and check-out, as long as the 2 couples or families are qualified participants and both have to attend the sales presentation separately. This offer is valid all year around, except the weeks of: USA's Presidential Week (Week 7), Easter, Holy Week, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. The hotel reserves the right to change the promotion at any time without prior notice and to accept or decline any reservation.
This promotional package is NOT transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit in part or full.
Airfares and other incidentals such as phone calls and room charges are not included and are the responsibilities of the guests.
A reservation can only be processed if the application form is completely and properly filled out and paid via Paypal of by telephone with our reservation executives. The recipient of this package confirms with his/her signature that the information provided on this form is real and true and that any false information provided will result in the payment of $300 USD per night plus the cost of package.
One way transportation from the Airport to the Hotel is a provided by the Vacation Club. ResortsDiscounts.com is not responsible if for any reason the Vacation Club does not provide the service. Money will not be refunded since it's a free service from the Resort.
ResortsDiscounts.com is not responsible, if you book 2 different timeshare vacations and get charged the full rack rate by either or both resorts.
The terms and conditions of this special promotion are set up by the resort developer and ResortsDiscounts.com is not responsible for them. If ResortsDiscounts believes that the terms and conditions are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any package before the date of arrival.
In the event ResortsDiscounts is informed by the hotel/resort developer that your selected travel dates are unavailable, ResortsDiscounts.com reserves the right to offer different accommodations of equal or greater value if available or you will receive a full refund of the total amount paid to ResortsDiscounts.com except additional fees incurred for previous reservation modifications.
The purchaser of this promotional package agrees to maintain Real Resorts, Real Club and ResortsDiscounts.com webpage harmless in respect of any matter relating to the use of or entitlement of the promoted packages including, but not limited to, uncontrollable events such as bad weather, illness, and death or injury, and shall not be entitled to make any claim or demand for any other remedy including compensation or damages.
