"I just want to express my appreciation for your incredible professionalism and attentiveness during the recent visit my wife and I made to the Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda. We are anticipating a return visit when the new hotel opens in November. Were if not for my daughter's wedding in September, my wife and I would have purchased the vacation plan offered during our visit. We hope to return and sign on during our next visit.
